Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  1. The item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  2. You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Opened or used products (unless proven defective).
  2. Items purchased from third-party platforms.
  3. Change-of-mind or preference returns.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@behairppy.com or message us on WhatsApp at +6014-574 1368.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the product (preferably during unboxing), and the issue.
  3. If your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  4. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
  2. Store credits may be offered as an alternative.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return criteria are not met.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We monitor all return and refund activities. Fraudulent claims and unwarranted chargebacks will be investigated and may result in account suspension or legal action.
